Client not loading? Find the problem and fix it its simple, we will assist you.
- First Problem that most users have is our "WebClient" not working for their Computer, the fix for that is try Downloading the client version.
- For the download version to work unzip the folder by (right mouse click then unzip) If you cannot unzip download "winrar" (its a software that unzips files)
- If the Client is still not working for you, Go into you're computers main Drive C:// (find a folder named "Aratee4" Delete it) then try running the client again.. If its giving you any errors still, that means you must download the "Aratee4" Cache folder Manually, Due to your client having problems downloading it automatically, so Manually download "Aratee4" cache, The go back to your C:// Delete "Aratee4" folder and make a new folder named "Aratee4" (make sure its exactly as its stated if not this wont work) The Link is at the bottom of this page just click it then download it, Go to your C:// Place that "Aratee4.zip" File In the folder that you created "Aratee4" in the C:// And Unzip or Extract the folder, (it should Extract a Folder named "Aratee4") once that's done, go back and run the client. That should fix your problems!
